MEETING YOU WHERE YOU ARE,

TO HELP YOU GET WHERE YOU WANT TO BE.

Hi

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of conversation.  My whole career has been based around it, as a Recruiter, it was my job to understand what my candidates needed.  As an HR professional, it was my role to know the staff I supported to help them be successful.  I have seen many powerful shifts happen just from two people having an honest conversation.

Now in my role as a Professional Coach I have the opportunity to engage in powerful conversations with strong people who for whatever reason are stuck.  They know where they want to be, but their path is mired in assumptions, bad experiences and missed expectations.

As a Coach I meet you where you are to help you get where you want to be.  I don’t give advice, I don’t offer counselling, I don’t have the answers.  You do.  You have all the answers.  Together through powerful, honest and direct conversation, we can dig in and clear the path to where you want to be.

I call this THE ART OF BEING.
